Caption: In custody: Spokane police officers interview stabbing suspect Ian Bennington, 40, after he was apprehended at the corner of East Third Avenue and South Ferrall Street in Spokane on Sunday. Police said they arrested him on assault charges after he stabbed another man in the throat on the South Hill near the 700 block of South Freya Street just before noon Sunday.
